It was a dark and stormy night... :) Just kidding.Here's the real story. It was the evening of August 9th. I decided to freshen up my pillows by throwing them in the washing machine. (It seemed like a good idea at the time.) Moments later... I walked into the kitchen... and OOPS! I slipped on a puddle of water in the floor... and tried to catch myself by landing on my left knee. Apparently, the pillows overloaded the machine... which made it leak all over the floor. Ugh.
LIFE LESSON: Rather than washing old pillows, just throw them away & buy new ones. Even a $100 pillow would be cheap compared to knee surgery. :)
